Ryan Mettes is a National Board Certified and New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist.  A native to Michigan, Ryan practiced massage therapy for several years before moving to Long Island, New York where he obtained his Masters degree in Acupuncture from The New York College of Health Professions.

Working hands on as a massage therapist made Ryan realize his true passion for healing and encouraged him to expand his knowledge in alternative medicine. He’s always had a strong belief in the body’s ability to heal itself and is passionate about helping people on their path toward a more balanced life.  

Combining his education in western science and Traditional Chinese Medicine, he uses an integrative approach that weaves together a variety of modalities including acupuncture, manual therapy, cupping, and nutritional guidance.  He practices both traditional Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture to treat a wide variety of conditions. Ryan has an extensive background in treating pain as a result of musculoskeletal disorders, and psychological issues such as anxiety and depression.

In his spare time he enjoys traveling, hiking, and golfing.


Kelsey Pottetti L.Ac.

Kelsey Pottetti is a certified Acupuncturist in the State of New York. She holds a bachelor's Degree from Stony Brook University in New York and a Master of Science in Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture in Massachusetts. Kelsey is currently working towards completing her Doctorate in Acupuncture, to be awarded in early 2025, and is formally trained in both Chinese and Japanese-style acupuncture.

Kelsey works with patients with conditions ranging from acute and chronic pain, digestive issues, autoimmune disorders, hormonal imbalance, neurological conditions, and both male and female infertility. Kelsey has also completed additional training in oncology care. Kelsey specializes in Japanese-style acupuncture which involves using very thin needles, that have a gentler approach, suited for sensitive or hesitant patients around needles. Kelsey enjoys educating her patients on wellness and helping incorporate lifestyle changes to maximize treatment results.

Kelsey is passionate about health and believes in creating customized treatment plans to meet patient’s individual wellness goals with the use of both traditional Chinese medical theory and modern diagnostic assessment. Kelsey is dedicated to guiding her patients to mind-body-spirit vitality and being a facilitator for radiant health. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and learning martial arts.
